just wondering has any one ever had a essence in off?
I only ask as i made up some ss smokey single malt, tastes kinda funny (like perfume) and upsets my tummy ..... I have checked all my equiperment and other mixes and every things fine, so i am guessing its the essence.

never had one like that,they dont usually last too long in the drawer i keep them in,month or two at the most.

i dont know how old the bottle is/was, then again there is no best before date or date of manufacture on the bottle.
on a side note i maybe should have twigged something wasnt right when the lid wouldnt twist off i had to cut the tabs to get it off

However i did have an essence bottle that wouldnt twist off also,had to cut each tab,but from memeory the drink it made was fine.
