Further Progress

Another update on the progress we’re making. We’ve been working hard on a very detailed guide to fermentation, taking lots of great pictures of every step of the process. This batch is almost ready to go, which means that I should have time to finish the write-up while I’m slaving over a hot still! We’ve got a really good clean wash, so hopefully the advice we can give will be of great help to somebody out there. Never mind that though, we’re running out of drinkable product so I’d better get distilling soon!
The next guide after fermentation will be a step-by-step walkthrough of the distillation process, using the EasyStill/SmartStill home distiller. It can be quite daunting when you first have to put all these concepts into practical use, so again this guide should be very useful to many people. Does anyone have any requests for further guides after that? Feel free to leave them in the comments, all suggestions and feedback are welcome!
